While the above announcements represent a series of major milestones for Solana, it’s clear that the ecosystem partnership with Google Cloud stole the spotlight.

Based on the collected information, Google Cloud builds a Solana validation tool to generate and validate blocks for network participation.

First announced on October 27, Google Cloud’s blockchain node engine will appear on the Solana chain from 2023. The integration allows users to launch a custom Solana node in the cloud.

Additionally, Google Cloud will index Solana’s data and bring it to BigQuery — a fully managed, serverless data repository — by next year, making it easier for Solana developers to access historical data.

On October 11, Solana users have been attacked by hackers with a fake Solana wallet security update.

Hackers have been seen distributing airdrop NFTs to users, disguised as a new phantom wallet security update. However, a fraudulent update is malware designed to steal crypto assets.
